The day to day operations of The Trust are performed by a dedicated team of individuals who are committed to the trust vision and role.
Director – Lady Eudora Fergus was appointed as director of the Trust in 2003. She is responsible for co-ordinating and facilitating the day to day activities of the Trust in keeping with the directives of the Executive She is personally committed to seeing the Trust fulfil its mandate.
Office Manager - Mrs. Jean White has been part of the staff since the early 1990s. She serves as receptionist, secretay and gift shop manager.
Records Manager – Donna Henry, has been a committed employee of the trust. She has the critical role of mounting exhibitions and ensuring that all the exhibits and documents on display and in storage are maintained in excellent condition for future generations.
Groundsman – Philemon Murrain alias Mappi is known as one of the best local trails tour guides. His vast and detailed knowledge of Montserrat's flora and fauna has proved invaluable to the Trust. Mappi enjoys sharing this information with the many visitors to the Trusts gardens.
Groundsman – Victor Brown - His role includes taking care of the gardens on a day to day basis. Pruning and Planting trees, watering the lawns, trimming the hedges and maintaining the nurseries are a few of his duties .
